Design decisions
A bento grid instead of a hero image
The first screen is a set of cells, each with its own job: the name, a featured home, the agent, a buyer’s guide and a call to talk. A visitor sees several next steps at once.
Lowercase with a full stop
Headlines such as “properties.” and “let’s talk.” are set heavy and lowercase. It sounds like a person, which suits a site aimed at nervous first-time buyers.
Color on demand
Property photos are grayscale until hovered. Signal red is kept for rails, tags and the contact button, so the page stays loud without turning noisy.
The same site at laptop width and at phone width, captured from the live demo.

The full home page in one long capture, moving as you scroll.
