Refund and cancellation policy

These rules apply to every project unless your written proposal says otherwise.

• The first payment (the 50% to start the project) is not refunded once work has started, unless we cancel the project or cannot finish it.
• After launch: for 30 days after launch, we fix defects in the work we delivered at no charge.

If you cancel a project partway through, you pay for the work completed up to the date you cancel. The first payment counts toward that amount.

If we cancel a project, or we cannot finish it, we refund the full amount you have paid for it.

The refund and cancellation rules on this page are part of our Terms of Service, in the section “Cancellation and refunds”. The 30-day fix after launch is in the section “Revisions and changes”. The Terms also cover payment and ownership of finished work.

As with the rest of the Terms, a written proposal can say otherwise. If it does, the proposal prevails.

In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Bold Agent Studio, operated by Bold Agent LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming.
