Overview
A site that looks like a technical data sheet: black and gray only, a vertical name along the left edge, monospaced labels, reference numbers and coordinates. Listings run as tables with status tags, beside a photo grid.

Design decisions
No color at all
Everything is black, white or gray and every photo is grayscale. Structure and type have to do all the work, which is why the layout stays so tidy.
Data as decoration
Reference numbers, a barcode and map coordinates fill the spaces other themes use for flourishes. They also make the agent’s method look like a system.
A name set as a spine
The agent’s name runs vertically along the left edge of every page, so a plain site still has one memorable, ownable mark.
The same site at laptop width and at phone width, captured from the live demo.

The full home page in one long capture, moving as you scroll.
