These terms explain the rules for using the Bold Agent Studio website and its contact form, and the default terms that apply to projects we do for you.
01About these terms
These terms cover the Bold Agent Studio website at boldagent.co, any inquiry you send us through it, and the projects we do for you. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Bold Agent Studio, operated by Bold Agent LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming.
By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
The BoldAgent software is a separate product. These terms do not cover it.
02Our services and projects
This website describes what we do. Nothing on it is a quote or an offer.
A project begins only when both sides accept a written proposal. That document sets the scope, fees, timeline and deliverables of the work. Where it says nothing, the sections below on payment, revisions and changes, cancellation and refunds, and ownership apply. If the proposal conflicts with these terms, it prevails.
03Who we can work with
We work with real estate agents and small teams in the United States and Canada.
We cannot provide services to anyone located in or ordinarily resident in Russia or in any country or region under comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or to anyone on a U.S. government restricted-party list.
04Delivery
We deliver our work digitally. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
- Preview: at the end of the build, we share a working site on a private preview link.
- Launch: we put the site live and hand over a walkthrough and your logins.
- Timing: your written proposal sets the timeline for your project.
05Payment
These terms apply to every project unless your written proposal says otherwise.
- Schedule: we invoice 50% to start the project and 50% before launch.
- Currency: we invoice in US dollars.
- Invoices: each invoice names the company that issues it and shows the payment methods available for that invoice.
- Taxes: our prices do not include taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.
- Late payment: if an invoice is more than 7 days past the due date shown on it, we may pause work until it is paid. We do not add late fees.
- Third-party costs: costs such as domain names, hosting, paid fonts, stock photos and plugins are paid by you, either directly or to us at cost. We list them in the proposal before they are incurred.
06Revisions and changes
These terms apply to every project unless your written proposal says otherwise.
- Included revisions: each project includes two rounds of revisions in the design phase and two in the build phase.
- Extra work: changes outside the agreed scope, and extra rounds of revisions, are quoted in writing before any extra work starts.
- Delays: if your feedback or content is more than 14 days past the date we ask for it, the project pauses and the dates in the proposal move to match.
- After launch: for 30 days after launch, we fix defects in the work we delivered at no charge.
07Cancellation and refunds
These terms apply to every project unless your written proposal says otherwise.
- The first payment (the 50% to start the project) is not refunded once work has started, unless we cancel the project or cannot finish it.
- If you cancel a project partway through, you pay for the work completed up to the date you cancel. The first payment counts toward that amount.
- If we cancel a project, or we cannot finish it, we refund the full amount you have paid for it.
Our Refund and cancellation policy sets out the same rules on a page of its own.
Questions about an invoice or a payment, including refund requests and charges you do not recognize: email support@boldagent.co.
08Ownership of finished work
These terms apply to every project unless your written proposal says otherwise.
Once you have paid in full, you own the final design and content we create for your project.
We keep ownership of our tools, templates and know-how. Third-party fonts, photos and other materials stay under their owners’ licenses.
We may show your finished site in our portfolio, unless you tell us in writing that you do not want us to.
09Inquiries
When you send us an inquiry through the contact form:
- What you send must be accurate, and it must be yours to send.
- Do not send passwords, government ID numbers or financial account numbers.
Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, and neither of us has to work together because of it. We aim to reply to every genuine inquiry. We may decline a project, and we may ignore spam or abusive messages.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send us.
10Concept sites and demos
Our Work pages show concept sites. These are fictional demonstrations, built on the templates we customize for clients. Each one opens as a live demo.
- The agents, names, listings, prices and reviews on them are invented samples. They are not real offers, and nothing on them is advice.
- Any resemblance to a real person or business is a coincidence.
- Some use photos and fonts that belong to third parties and stay under their owners’ licenses.
Please do not copy the concept sites.
11Intellectual property
The text, design, code, concept sites and screenshots on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print them to evaluate our services.
You may not copy, scrape, republish or resell our text, design, code, concept sites or screenshots, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Third-party photos and fonts in the concept sites stay under their owners’ licenses, not these terms.
Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the website belong to their owners.
Who owns the work we make for a client is covered in “Ownership of finished work” above, and by the written proposal for that project.
12Acceptable use
When you use this website, you agree not to:
- Use it for anything unlawful.
- Send spam, or submit the contact form with a bot or script.
- Scrape the website, or copy it in bulk with automated tools.
- Probe or attack the website, or try to disrupt or break it.
- Pretend to be another person or business.
We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
13Third-party links and content
The website may link to, or show content from, other parties, such as the photos and fonts in the concept sites. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. If you follow a link to another site, that site’s own terms and policies apply.
14No promises about results
This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. The information on it is general and is not professional advice. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete, error-free or always available.
We do not promise any particular result, such as traffic, leads, search rankings or sales, from using this website or from hiring us, unless a written proposal says so.
15Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using this website, or for any loss that comes from relying on what it says.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
16Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute about these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.
17Changes to these terms
We may change the website or these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after we update the terms, you accept the updated version for your use of the website.
